GuestPilot provides AI-powered tools and services for Airbnb hosts and vacation rental managers, including but not limited to: homepage setup, booking integration, AI guest communication, marketing automation, and financial intelligence tools.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Some services require payment of fees. All fees are quoted in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on the GuestPilot website and platform are owned by GuestPilot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuestPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GuestPilot operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
